Once the fence stop is slid into the fence track, zero calibration can be done in a few simple steps: first, move the fence close to the saw blade, leaving a 1–3mm gap; then slide the fence stop to touch the blade; finally, rotate the zero-calibration knob to align the 0 scale. Once the red slider pointer is calibrated to the 0 scale line, do not adjust its position again. No extra tools are required for this quick and accurate zero setup.
