Running Board Remote Control PowerStep Replacement Controller For Power Boards. The new controllers can be a little snug fitting for the main plug. Verify that the plug is completely plugged into the controller, and that both clips at either side are completely engaged. These can be rather snug, and can require some extra pressure to properly plug in. Also, verify that none of the pins are backing out of the original plug. You would want to take a pair of pliers, and push in all of the wires at the controller plug to make sure that they are not backing out. NOTE: Please Verify which controller you need prior to placing your order. On your existing controller there should be a white label and it will either have an "a" or "b". If your controller has the "A" this is the correct one for your application.
