DRIVING THE SNARE SOUND: spanning the frontplate inside are two adjustable sets of eight custom, hand wound micro-coiled steel cajon strings for a beautifully lush snare tone; includes hex key to tighten/loosen the strings which alters snare response

ZOOM IN: the cajon is rounded at the corners and sanded down to form thumb notches where your hands lay in their natural playing position; this gives you exceptional hand contact with more comfort
