Precautions for use:
1. The use of compressed air should be maintained at 0.63mpa and purified.Excessive air pressure exacerbates wear and affects lifespan, while low air pressure prevents tools from fully utilizing their effectiveness.
2. A filter, pressure regulating valve, and oil-mist device should be installed in the air circuit. Without these three components, low viscosity lubricating oil should be injected from the air pipe every 2 to 3 hours.
3. Before connecting the tool to the air circuit, the air circuit should be opened first to remove any dirt from the pipeline.
4. Attention should be paid to taking care of tools during work, and they should not be used indiscriminately to avoid damage to parts.
5. Generally, maintenance is carried out once a month. During maintenance,the tools are disassembled, and the parts are cleaned with kerosene first.Then, some vulnerable parts are inspected, and parts with severe wear are replaced
