Our 43″ in-ground mailbox post designed to support most standard post-mount mailboxes. Suitable for bottom-mount installation and is intended for 4x4 post-style system(bottom-mount bolt spacing). Some models may require minor drilling due to differences in mounting hole patterns.

Designed to meet USPS rules for mailbox height 41-45”(from box bottom to ground), front of the letter opening (when closed) is 6- 8” from the street surface or curb. For 43" long in-ground mounting post, the actual depth of the stake underground is about 12”, with a fluctuation of up to 2”.
