How to Inflate
1. Find and open the inflation tab
2. Fill helium or air with an inflatable device
3.Blow up the balloon into around 85% full
4.The balloon will automatically seal
How to Deflate
1.Use a plastic tube
2.Insert the plastic tube from the inflation port to release the gas in the balloon
3.Release all the gas by hand
4.After emptying, you can use it again next time
