FILL INSTRUCTIONS: Fill using the internal markers inside the Chai Maker - blend first, liquid second. Min fill: 10 fl oz / 300 ml (lower groove). Max fill: 20 fl oz / 600 ml (upper groove / bottom of silicone). Do not fill above the upper groove — overfilling prevents the chai fountain from forming and can cause spills.

FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR FAVORITE BLENDS: You don't have to use a specific brand of tea. While it’s great with LOKA blends, it works just as well with your own family recipes, loose leaf tea, tea bags, or even powdered spices.

SIMPLE MILK GUIDELINES: It’s designed to work with dairy or oat milk. We usually suggest a ratio of 1/2 to 2/3 milk for a good balance. If you prefer a very creamy chai or use high-protein specialty milks, just keep the heat a bit lower to keep the milk smooth and prevent it from catching at the bottom.
