Easy To Use: Clamp-on style quickly attaches to any table or countertop up to 1 1/2" thick. Easy hand-crank operation tenderizes the toughest cuts of meat without pounding or hammering.

Durable Construction: Made of durable cast iron with geared cast iron tenderizing points. The removable plastic cover protects the user from moving parts.

Specifications: The top opening measures 4" x 1/2" and accepts pieces of meat that are up to 1/2" thick. This gives you the ability to tenderize several different types and sizes of meat.

Cleanup Instructions: You need to disassemble the clamp tenderizer to clean it properly. Hand wash only; rinse and dry parts thoroughly. We recommend spraying with Silicone Spray to keep your tenderizer looking like new.
