Founded in 1910, Kotodo handmade Japanese tea canisters. Natural wood tin canisters are hand-wrapped in extremely thinly sliced real wood. Walnut and Oak varieties comprise our line up. The gentle warmth of natural wood will give your kitchen a feeling cozy comfort. There are 6 types of sizes and the color can be selected from Brown: Walnut or White: Oak. When twisting (Counterclockwise) the cover to close, the cover snaps into place with an audible "click" sound to indicate the perfect alignment of the cover and body grain. - Size: dia.3.03in x H6.14in (dia.7.7cm x H15.6cm). - Wood: Oak. *Before using or cleaning the canisters, gently wipe the surface with a cloth tightly wrung out of water, followed by dry cloth. Make sure to dry out the surface completely. Do not hand wash. Not recommended for dishwasher, microwave, or oven use.
