The KAVLIRA Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit is a complete hydraulic diagnostic kit designed for pressure testing and maintenance of excavators, tractors, skid steer loaders, backhoes, loaders, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and other heavy-duty hydraulic systems. It combines five pressure gauges, hydraulic test point couplings, tee adapters, Microbore Test Hoses, and commonly used hydraulic fittings for checking hydraulic pump pressure, diagnosing pressure loss, testing control valves, and monitoring hydraulic system performance. This hydraulic pressure gauge kit includes five precision analog gauges with dual psi and bar scales and ±1.6% full-scale accuracy. The pressure ranges are 0–10 bar / 150 psi, 0–100 bar / 1,500 psi, 0–250 bar / 4,000 psi, 0–400 bar / 6,000 psi, and 0–600 bar / 10,000 psi, covering low-, medium-, and high-pressure hydraulic testing. Each gauge features durable construction, a reinforced brass connector, a clear yellowing-resistant lens, and a G1/4 BSPP connection. For broad test-port coverage, the kit includes 13 hydraulic pressure test couplings with M16 × 2 hose connections. The included hydraulic test point adapters cover 7/16 UNF, also known as SAE-4 ORB; 9/16 UNF, also known as SAE-6 ORB; M10 × 1; M10 × 1.25; M12 × 1.5; M14 × 1.5; M16 × 1.5; 1/4 NPT; ZG1/4, also known as R1/4; G1/8 BSPP; G1/4 BSPP; G3/8 BSPP; and a Cat quick connector. These hydraulic gauge adapters support many common metric, UNF, ORB, BSPP, BSPT, and NPT hydraulic test ports. The hydraulic test fittings kit also includes 14 tee connectors for in-line pressure testing. The tee adapters cover DIN 24° metric connections in M14, M16, M18, and M22; JIS 30° BSP connections in G1/4 and G3/8; ORFS UNF connections in 9/16 and 11/16; SAE 37° JIC connections in 7/16, also known as JIC-4, and 9/16, also known as JIC-6; plus additional G1/4, G3/8, M14, and M18 hydraulic tee fittings. Each fitting is engraved with its thread size or identification marking for fast selection. Six high-pressure Microbore Test Hoses are included, consisting of five 5.2 ft hoses and one 9.8 ft hose, together with two extension couplings. Each microbore hydraulic test hose features G1/4 BSPP and M16 × 2 connections. The multiple gauges and hoses support multi-point hydraulic pressure monitoring, remote pressure reading, pump output testing, pressure-drop diagnosis, and comparison of pressure at different points in a hydraulic circuit. The Microbore Test Hoses and compatible components have a working temperature range of -40°C to 125°C / -40°F to 257°F, making the kit suitable for demanding workshop, field, agricultural, and construction environments. Each hydraulic pressure test coupling includes a labeled PP protective cap and a stainless steel protective cap with an integrated pin. Extra O-rings are also included for replacement. All pressure gauges, Microbore Test Hoses, test point couplings, tee fittings, adapters, extension connectors, caps, and seals are organized in a rugged PP carrying case with a waterproof and dust-resistant design and a custom EVA foam insert.
