Offset means the distance between the surface of the door and jamb (doorframe). Please follow the picture instructions to measure the offset to avoid purchasing the wrong model. Hook marking: 1094-X27, hook height: 3-1/4”. Adjust the hook slightly up or down to align with the door closer for closing smoothly.
