Troubleshooting Common Issues: If one earbud has no sound after successful pairing: 1. If one earbud runs out of battery, place it in the charging case, close the lid, charge for 15 minutes, and then try again. If pairing fails repeatedly: 1. Discharge the earbuds completely by leaving them unused for 15 hours, then place them in the wireless charging case, close the lid, and charge.
