The JJC EW53B Lens Hood is dedicated to Canon RF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM Lens and it replaces Canon EW-53B Original Hood. (Note* It’s NOT compatible with Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 is STM Lens.)
The lens hood is available to attach a Ф49mm filter and a Ф49mm lens cap.
Non-glare matte finish on the interior surface of the lens hood helps to minimize flare by deflecting stray light from entering the lens and no vignetting with the hood on.
The tulip lens hood is reversible design, allowing you to place it backwards over the lens for a more compact storage solution.
The lens hood also provides additional protection to the lens from accidental impacts, bumps, or scratching.
