Description

【Check Size: 5/16" T-Eeds】Jin&Bao garage door seal fits the most common 5/16" T-track used on standard garage doors. Please measure your track width before ordering to ensure a proper fit 【Strong Sealing Perpormance】Double-seal design forms a reliable barrier to keep rain, snow, dust and debris out from under your garage door. Includes 2 end plugs to seal both ends and close off gaps. This effective waterproof seal keeps your garage safe and belongings secure. 【Durable & Long-Lasting】Made of high-quality and flexible rubber material, the seal strip can withstand extreme temperatures, heavy usage, and frequent foot traffic without cracking, tearing, or losing its shape. 【Easy to Trim】The soft threshold strip can be easily cut with scissors, allowing a precise edge-to-edge seal for different door sizes and a tighter overall fit. If the product is deformed or stiff due to shipping, use warm air or soak it in hot water to restore its shape before installing. 【Tool-Free Install】No screws or nails required. Simply slide the seal into your existing track for a quick DIY installation. One person can handle the job easily. Tip: applying a little soapy water helps the seal slide in more smoothly

Garage Door Bottom Weather Stripping Rubber Seal with 5/16 inch T-Ends

Step-by-Step Installation Instructions:

[1] Remove Old Seal: Remove any old weatherstripping or seal from the bottom of your garage door.

[2] Measure Before Purchase:

Before installation, please carefully measure your garage door track grooves to confirm compatibility:

  • Track width ≥ 8 mm (≈5/16 inch)
  • Track height ≥ 1.5 mm

[3] Identify the Grooves: Locate the grooves in your garage door track where the T-ends of the seal strip will fit.

[4] Insert the Seal Strip: Starting from one end of the door, insert the T-ends of the seal strip into the grooves of the track.

[5] Slide the Seal Strip: Carefully slide the seal strip along the track until you reach the other end.

Tip: Apply soapy water or lubricant to both the track and the seal before sliding. This reduces friction, makes installation easier, and prevents damage or tearing.

[6] Adjust and Trim if Necessary: Once in place, close the garage door and check for gaps. If needed, adjust the position or trim the seal to length with scissors or a utility knife.

[7] Test the Seal: Run your hand along the bottom of the closed garage door to ensure a tight fit with no gaps, then insert the end plugs into both ends of the seal.

Additional Notes:

  • This product is molded with precise dimensions. Please confirm your garage track meets the minimum width (8 mm) and height (1.5 mm) before purchase.
  • The seal strip can be cut to fit shorter garage doors.
  • Due to packaging and shipping, the seal strip may experience slight deformation. To restore its shape, use a heat gun to gently soften the material before installation.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $0 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Jin&Bao products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
