Suggestions about Usage of Jinhong Bag Sealing Machine:

1. Adjust the temperature grade to what you need when first time use. Higher settings don't necessarily mean stronger seal. We recommend starting low and gradually increasing temperature grade for different thick bags, it's better not exceed 6 and for most packing bags, grade 2-5 suitable.

2. When seal is finished, the red light will go off. Keep the handle pressed down for 1-2 seconds to get optimal seal result. Otherwise the sealing place will be uneven.

3. After 30 minutes of continuous use, let the machine rest about 3 minutes.

4. Use soft DRY cloth to clean sealing elements surface after each use to avoid any oxidation of the residue which will reduce the life of it.

5. Heating strip and high-temperature cloth are glossy parts, need to be changed for premium sealing effect after 1000 times of discontinuous use. If you don’t know how to change, please contact us for instruction.
