Ideal for wire harness repair, electronics and DIY wiring projects. 15 die positions cover AWG 30-14 wire sizes, with conductor crimping from 0.05-2.00mm² and insulation crimping for 0.7-3.8mm wire jackets. Two crimping zones help form the conductor barrel and insulation support separately, improving wire retention and reducing loose terminal connections. The ratcheting mechanism provides stable pressure through the crimp cycle, while the quick-release lever allows easier reset during repetitive work. Wire EDM machined jaws with polished profiles help reduce terminal deformation. TPR non-slip handles provide better control for small terminal crimping.
