Tighten the retaining nuts to remove slack; if the bushing is seized, thread on the hammer adapter. After connecting the hydraulics, begin the removal operation. Re-tighten the nuts to take up slack after each 2-inch stroke
Installation: For installation, lubricate the new bushing and insert it into the compression cylinder. Place the plunger on top, align the marks on both components, and ensure the four corresponding locating pins are fully seated. Tighten the retaining nuts to remove slack, verifying the plunger aligns with the scribe mark on the beam tube and the pins remain engaged. After connecting the hydraulics, begin the installation operation. Similarly, re-tighten the nuts after each 2-inch stroke
