STYLISH VERSATILITY & SIZE TIP: Feature a sleek matte finish and classic silhouette, these boots easily match with any outfit. Fit Tip: Choose One Size Down for Small/Thin Feet, One Size Up for Large/Wide Feet or Room for Thick Socks. Better fit with mid-calf socks to prevent rubbing and maximize all-day comfort.
100% WATERPROOF & EASY CLEAN: Crafted with seamless one-piece molding, these ankle rain boots ensure 100% waterproof and keep your feet dry in rain, mud, or snow. PVC surface protects from stains and dirt, easy to clean by hose scouring or wiping by wet cloth to keep your booties looking new.
ALL-DAY COMFORTABLE WEAR: Removable memory foam insole provides excellent arch support and shock absorption. Synthetic lining absorbs moisture and dry quickly, wears comfortably all day. Round-toe design complies human feet construction, provides roomy space for toes without feeling cramped.
EASY SLIP-ON DESIGN: Elastic side panels and reinforced dual pull tabs at the front and back offer ultimate convenience. Flexible ankle entry accommodates various foot sizes and shapes, allows for quick wear and removal, making them ideal for gardening, farm work, dog walking or rainy commutes.
SECURE SLIP-RESISTANT GRIP: Synthetic rubber outsole is equipped with a heavy-duty lug tread pattern for solid traction and stability, keeps your feet sturdy and safe on wet, muddy and uneven terrain. Anti-slip booties ensure a secure grip with every step, while also being durable and wear-resistant.
Style and Protection for Your Active Life
Stop letting rain or mud slow you down. HISEA Chelsea Rain Boots are designed for modern woman who balances style with everyday performance. These versatile booties transition effortlessly from the garden to the street, making them your go-to partner for gardening, yard chores, urban commuting, or taking the dog for a walk through morning dew.
Advanced Performance in Every Step
Crafted with 100% waterproof PVC and seamless one-piece molding, these rain boots eliminate leaks and keep your feet dry in puddles, mud, and snow. Comfort memory foam insole provides excellent arch support and shock absorption, while moisture-wicking synthetic lining keeps you cool and fatigue-free during long hours on your feet.
Important Fit & Care Guide
Sizing Advice: For a perfect fit, if you have thinner or smaller feet, choosing ONE SIZE DOWN for better stability; If you have wider or larger feet, ordering ONE SIZE UP will ensure a comfortable, non-cramped fit.
Anti-Chafing Tip: For maximum comfort and to prevent potential ankle rubbing against the boot edge, we highly recommend pairing these booties with mid-calf socks.
All-Season Warmth: These boots are uninsulated for year-round breathability. In freezing winter weather, simply add a pair of thermal wool socks or thick insoles to maintain warmth and comfort.
Safety Awareness: While heavy-duty lug sole provides excellent traction on grass, soil, and wet pavement, please use extra caution when walking on smooth ice or algae-covered rocks, as these extreme conditions may affect grip.
Initial Scent: Like all fresh PVC products, you may notice a mild material scent upon arrival. Simply air them out in a shaded, ventilated area for 24-48 hours, and the scent will naturally dissipate.
Lifetime Warranty & Brand Promise
HISEA has been a professional outdoor footwear brand for years of experience. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 100-Year Quality Warranty, providing you with peace of mind and a reliable partner for all your outdoor adventures.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.
Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $12 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for HISEA products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
