Description

M12 THREADED FIT: Designed for M12 lighting fixtures with 13.5 mm OD, 1 mm pitch, 12 inch rods. Use for compatible pendant lights, chandeliers, island lighting and lighting fixture downrods & stems.

NOT FOR CEILING FANS: This is a lighting fixture extension rod, not a ceiling fan downrod. Most ceiling fans use larger threads, so using this on a fan will cause mismatch.

FLEXIBLE HEIGHT SETUP: Connect rods with threaded connectors to extend fixture drop height. The hollow rod design allows fixture wires to pass through during installation.

SLOPED CEILING ADAPTER & EASY INSTALLATION: Includes a sloped ceiling adapter for angled or vaulted ceiling setups, helping pendant lights and chandeliers hang straighter where the ceiling is not flat.Thread rods together to reach your desired hanging length. Works with standard M12 threaded lighting fixtures for quick, stable setup.

BRUSHED BRASS FINISH: The metal rod has a brushed brass finish and supports up to 55 lb when used with a compatible fixture and correctly installed. Match color photos before ordering.

HALIGATE Brushed Nickel M12 threaded extension rods are designed to adjust the hanging height of compatible pendant lights, chandeliers and island lighting fixtures. Each rod follows M12 thread sizing with 13.5 mm OD, 1 mm pitch, 12 inch rods, giving buyers a clearer fit reference before ordering. These rods are for lighting fixture downrods & stems and are not made for ceiling fans, because most fan downrods use larger threads and different mounting hardware. The threaded connection design lets you combine rod sections for a more flexible drop height, while the hollow metal rod allows fixture wires to pass through during installation. A sloped ceiling adapter is included for angled or vaulted ceiling setups where a pendant or chandelier needs to hang straighter. The brushed nickel finish helps coordinate with matching fixtures and room hardware. Confirm the fixture thread size, weight limit and color match before installation.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $6 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Haligate products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
