An essential in your survival equipment bag, this 4.1oz bivy bag features a compact, lightweight design for convenient carry. It easily folds back into the 4” x 3” waterproof stuff sack provided, so you can pack it wherever adventure takes you. To use, simply remove the camp bivy from the sack and unfold it. You’ll find that it comes in handy as a survival sleeping bag and even an improvised emergency tent out in the wilderness. It’s safe to say this is no ordinary emergency sleeping blanket. Harsh weather conditions don't even stand a chance. The Life Bivy emergency sleeping bag is engineered with durable, extra-thick 26um polyethylene material that is not only tear-resistant, but also weather-resistant. Carefully crafted, seam-sealed edges keep howling winds, pounding rain, and relentless snow at bay while a reflective interior keeps you dry and warm. Now that’s prime protection from the elements. Plus, unlike other makeshift emergency sleeping bags, our windproof bivy sack comes with two additional pieces of survival equipment. You’ll receive a handy 120-decibel whistle that cuts through the wind and trees to alert rescuers from up to one mile away—even if you’re stranded or out of sight. There’s also a 20’ long, high-strength 550lb paracord drawstring perfect for tying things down, repairing gear, or starting a fire. With this bivvy bag, you'll have extra peace of mind and feel prepared. So the next time you’re headed out for an exciting escapade, toss the Go Time Gear Life Bivy in your car’s trunk. Pack one into your disaster preparedness kit. Include an emergency bivy sack with your survival tent and the rest of your bug out bag supplies.
