The alarm code No. 14 on the car body belongs to the abnormality of the throttle Hall. Check whether the wiring harness terminal plug of the Throttle Accelerator and instrument panel assembly is off, whether the throttle is damaged, and whether the 5V voltage of the instrument panel is wrong. To resolve the alarm, replace the Throttle Accelerator or instrument panel assembly.

The alarm code 15 on the car body is an abnormality of the Finger dial brake Hall. Check whether the Finger dial brake and the wiring harness terminal plug of the instrument panel assembly are off, whether the finger brake is damaged, and whether the 5V voltage of the instrument panel is wrong. To solve the alarm, replace the finger brake or instrument panel assembly.
3. The controller reports error code 42. The external battery used by the customer does not have communication or the communication fails. It is recommended to remove the external battery or purchase the external battery through the official website.
