This set of 4 glass fermentation weights are made just for us. We've tried many different weights to keep our vegetable ferments under the brine but these glass weights are everything that we like all rolled into one product.

We like them because:

• They fit wide mouth glass jars.
• They're deep enough so that when the top hits the lid the base is still pushing the pickles down.
• Easy to put in and to fish out of the jar by grabbing the little handle.
• Heavy enough to keep down the most vigorous ferment
• Really easy to clean.

Place them over your follower (we use a clean piece of cabbage or grape leaf for our follower) and fit a fermenting lid.
