Description

Dieless Wide-Range Crimping Performance: This GKG lug crimper features a revolutionary dieless design that supports 8 AWG-500 MCM(8, 6, 4, 2, 1/0, 2/0, 3/0, 4/0, 300MCM, 400MCM, 500MCM) cables, allowing quick depth adjustment without swapping dies to fit any lug size. It reduces matching issues from stranded wire variations and terminal wall thickness differences, avoiding poor crimps from wrong dies and greatly boosting efficiency for frequent wire gauge switching in professional wiring jobs.

Dual AWG & mm² Scale for Precise Adjustment: Designed with dual engraved scales in both AWG and mm², this battery cable crimper delivers clear, instant reference to match wire specifications and set accurate crimping depth effortlessly.

Telescoping Handle for Power & Portability: Featuring a extendable handle that reaches up to 29 inches, this battery terminal crimper uses a longer lever arm to deliver maximum crimping force with minimal effort, while compact when collapsed for easy storage and transport. This versatile cable crimper balances heavy-duty performance and convenient portability perfectly, suitable for on-site work, shop tasks and mobile repair jobs.

High-Strength Steel Build for Long-Lasting Durability: Forged from high-strength industrial steel, this battery cable crimping tool withstands over 10,000 heavy-duty crimp cycles without deformation, built to thrive in harsh job site environments. The crimp head uses special black oxide treatment to prevent peeling common with traditional coatings, maintaining stable performance and safe operation over years of repeated, heavy use.

Professional Crimp Quality & Wide Application: With a V-shaped jaw that locks terminals securely to prevent slipping, this heavy-duty crimp tool provides stable, high-strength crimps for copper and aluminum lugs in battery cables, welding cables and construction wiring. Suitable for automotive, marine, solar and industrial projects.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $7 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for GKG products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
