Ginchain 10 ft Garage Door Bottom Seal Kit with Brush and Aluminum Track — Open-Box, 11% Off

Complete Seal Kit: Includes aluminum retainer track sections, brush seal sections, 1 rubber bottom seal, screws, and installation components for a garage door opening.

Brush and Bottom Seal Combination: The brush strip helps reduce dust, leaves, and small debris at the door edge, while the rubber seal helps close minor gaps along compatible flat-bottom garage doors.

Rubber Bottom Seal: Made with rubber for flexible installation and everyday weather exposure. In cold conditions, warm the seal in hot water before installation to help soften and reshape it.

Cut to Fit Your Door: Aluminum track sections and brush strips can be cut to the required length for your installation. Measure the garage door width and bottom edge before selecting the kit size.

For Flat Bottom Garage Doors: Designed for compatible flat-bottom wood, steel, and similar garage doors. Clean the mounting surface before installation and secure the aluminum track with the included screws.

Ginchain garage door bottom seal kit combines an aluminum retainer track, brush strip, and rubber seal to help reduce drafts, dust, leaves, and small debris around compatible flat-bottom garage doors. The kit includes aluminum track sections, brush seal sections, one rubber bottom seal, and screws. The sectional design allows you to measure, trim, and adjust the components to fit the width of your garage door. For installation, clean the bottom edge of the garage door, attach the brush strip to the aluminum track, secure the track with screws, and slide the rubber seal into place. A small amount of detergent may help the rubber seal slide through the track during installation. This kit is intended for flat-bottom garage doors. It is not designed to correct severely damaged door bottoms, large uneven gaps, or doors with incompatible bottom profiles.
