Description

Complete Accessories Kit: The rivet nut tool kit includes a 16-inch rivet nut tool, 15 interchangeable mandrels (Metric: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12; SAE: 6-32, 8-32, 10-32, 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13), 287pcs nuts, and a durable blow-molded storage case for easy organization.

Ergonomic & Effort-Saving Handle: The 16-inch longer handle provides greater leverage, reducing effort by up to 50% compared to standard 14-inch tools — making it easy to install large nutserts like M12 or 1/2"-13 in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The TPR anti-slip grip ensures comfort and reduces hand fatigue, even during extended use.

Exclusive Stroke Adjustment Window: No More Overtightening. Monitor and precisely adjust the riveting stroke with the built-in adjustment window. This unique feature prevents mandrel breakage and over-compression, ensuring secure, professional results every time — ideal for beginners and pros alike.

Sturdy & Built to Last: Constructed from thick, heat-treated carbon steel with a black phosphating finish for superior corrosion resistance. The reinforced U-cross-section arm provides high reliability and resists bending under heavy-duty use.

Easy to Use: Tool-Free Mandrel Change. All mandrels can be removed and replaced by hand — no extra tools required. This makes switching between sizes and routine maintenance quick and hassle-free, keeping your work moving smoothly.

Wide Applications: Perfect for metalwork, furniture assembly, automotive repairs, home fixes, and DIY projects. Whether you're a professional or a weekend warrior, this nutsert tool kit delivers reliable, strong fastening for almost any job.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $11 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for GEARNEST products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
