A necessary upgrade backup hot end kit for DIY or replace your Qidi Plus 4 stock print head when the original is broken, new material and technique, heats up fast, 0.2μm flow channel roughness and rigid kinematic coupling system, make the filament PLA (0.4mm nozzle, under 220℃/ 428℉ print temperature）printing speed up to 30mm³, save time about 4 hours. Easy to install: to ensure proper hotend function and prevent nozzle leak-age during printing, always perform hot tightening when installing or replacing nozzles, first heat the nozzle to 250℃/ 482℉, use an open-end wrench to firmly secure the heat block and prevent rotation, finally while securing the heater block, use a socket wrench to tighten the nozzle clockwise.
