FITS 14x6 DUCT OPENING: Order by the duct opening, not the vent you are replacing. The face covers the wall at 15-11/16 x 7-13/16 in. and the body is 2 in. deep. Rated 254 CFM at 9.8 ft/s. SUPPLY OR RETURN AIR: One cover does both jobs, so every opening in the room can match. Replaces builder-grade stamped registers. Non-filtered; open the blades fully for return use. ADJUSTABLE AIRFLOW DIRECTION: Two independent blades in every slot set the air anywhere between fully open and fully closed, across 90 degrees, so you can rebalance rooms season to season. FOR HOMEOWNERS, BUILDERS, AND HVAC PROS: Mounts on ceilings, sidewalls, and floors in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, baths, and offices. A common upgrade during remodels and new construction. SCREWS AND ADJUSTMENT SPATULA INCLUDED: Hidden inner fastening leaves nothing showing on the face. A 6 in. drill extension is required and not included. The coated surface wipes clean. Handua 14x6 Modern AC Vent Cover - White Aluminum Linear Slot Diffuser

A clean, architectural replacement for stamped steel registers and builder-grade plastic vents. The continuous slot face reads as a design line instead of a grille and drops straight into an existing 14x6 duct opening, with no ductwork changes.

Supply or return
The same cover works as a supply diffuser or as a return air grille, also called a cold air return or air intake, so every opening in a room can match. It is a non-filtered register, for systems where the filter sits at the air handler. For return duty, open the blades fully.

How to measure
Order by the duct opening, not the vent you are replacing. Duct opening size equals listed size, so this model fits a 14 in. wide by 6 in. high opening. The face that covers the wall measures 15-11/16 x 7-13/16 in. and the body is 2 in. deep. The first number is the width and the second the height, so measure the opening the same way.

Airflow
Every slot carries two independently adjustable blades. Using the plastic spatula in the box you can set them anywhere between fully open and fully closed, so you can balance airflow room by room and season by season. Rated airflow for this size is 254 CFM at 9.8 ft/s.

Material and finish
100% aluminum with an electrostatic powder coat. It will not rust in a bathroom, kitchen, basement or other humid room, and the smooth coating wipes clean. Available in white and black.

Installation
Remove the old register, open the blades to reach the pre-drilled holes inside the slots, and drive the supplied 2 in. screws with a 6 in. drill extension. No screws show on the finished face. Screws and the adjustment spatula are included; the drill extension is not. Suitable for homeowners, builders and HVAC contractors in new construction and retrofit work.
