This bridge clamping tool looks to be strong and well made. Come with an Allen key for the alignment bolts to help tighten up everything in the glue-up. Keep in mind that you only clamping a wooden bridge to a thin wooden sound board. You don't need a few thousand pounds of pressure to clamp a guitar bridge to a guitar so you should be fine with this tool. You should have more than enough pressure to clamp the bridge to the guitar. You should have a successful installation provided you did all your prep work correctly and are using the right glue.
Easy Installation & Operation:
1. Remove old bridge and clean off old glue
2. Re-glue bridge to guitar
3. Place 2 bolts from inside guitar, through the peg holes
4. Place bridge clamp on top of bridge
5. Screw tight and wipe away excess glue
6. Allow to dry for 24 hours before removing clamp
The only part of the clamp that can can possibly come in contact with the glue during the drying process is the 2 bolts that go through the body on the inside, in the event that this happens simply remove the rest of the clamp and heat up the 2 bolts till they come loose.
