Description

TWO BIT TYPES FOR CONTROLLED STARTS: Use the carbide-tipped 1/4-inch hex bits to mark a shallow guide, then place a round-shank diamond core bit at 45 degrees and bring it upright to open the hole VACUUM-BRAZED DIAMOND RIMS: Eight hollow core bits use bonded diamond grit for ceramic, porcelain, granite, marble, stone and non-tempered glass. Built-in cooling wax supports dry rotary drilling; pause between holes FIVE CORE SIZES: Includes 3/16 inch x2, 1/4 inch x3, 5/16 inch x1, 3/8 inch x1 and 1/2 inch x1, plus two 1/4-inch hex starter bits, giving repeat-use sizes for tile fixtures, shelves and planter drainage ROUND AND HEX SHANKS: Round-shank core bits fit standard three-jaw drill chucks; the two 1/4-inch hex bits fit quick-change holders. Use rotary mode only, keep impact mode off, apply gentle pressure and clear debris periodically FOR TILE-MOUNTED PROJECTS: Make openings for towel bars, floating shelves, mirrors, backsplashes and ceramic planter drainage, or work on marble, granite and non-tempered glass craft pieces. The fitted case keeps all 10 bits grouped Two-bit workflow for tile-mounted projects
This 10-piece set combines eight vacuum-brazed diamond core bits with two carbide-tipped 1/4-inch hex starter bits. The starter bits help establish a shallow reference point before the hollow core bit begins its circular opening, giving the user a clearer starting position on smooth ceramic or porcelain surfaces.

Five core sizes for common fixture openings
The round-shank diamond bits include 3/16 inch x2, 1/4 inch x3, 5/16 inch x1, 3/8 inch x1 and 1/2 inch x1. The repeated 3/16-inch and 1/4-inch sizes support common jobs such as towel bars, floating shelves, mirror brackets, kitchen backsplash accessories and ceramic planter drainage holes. Two carbide-tipped 1/4-inch hex bits are included for shallow starting marks and small mounting holes.

Vacuum-brazed diamond rims with cooling wax
Diamond grit is bonded around the hollow cutting rim for use on ceramic tile, porcelain, granite, marble, stone and non-tempered glass. Cooling wax inside the core softens during rotary drilling and assists with heat management. Pause between holes so the bit can cool, especially when working with dense stone or glass.

Two shank styles
The eight diamond core bits use round shanks for standard three-jaw drill chucks. The two carbide-tipped starter bits use 1/4-inch hex shanks for compatible quick-change holders. Operate in rotary mode only with impact mode off. Begin the diamond rim near 45 degrees, establish a shallow groove, then bring the drill upright while using gentle pressure and small circular movement.

Application boundaries and package contents
Use the set for porcelain and ceramic tile, marble, granite, stone and non-tempered glass. Do not drill tempered glass. Match drill speed and technique to the material and follow the drill manufacturer's operating instructions. The package includes eight diamond core bits, two carbide-tipped tile bits and a fitted storage case.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $2 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for DYRECELVE products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
