Deep Tissue Roller™ | Whole Body Self-Massage: Target Tension in Muscles & Fascia Using Leverage & Body Weight. Just Lean into it. Foam Rolling has Evolved! — Open-Box, 19% Off

Mimics Two-Handed Massage - Targeted Pressure for Deep Myofascial Release - Mimics the hands of a professional massage therapist. Get the same relief at home with penetrating pressure unmatched by other rollers on the market. The feeling of an elbow with firm pressure down your back, or deep into your hip, has never been so easy to do at home. Hold on a spot of tension and wait for it to release, take your time. Shorten the DTR and use the blades of two rollers anywhere you would like the elbow of a therapist to melt away your knots. Or widen it, using the inside of the roller, mimicking hands squeezing your forearms or calves to increase the pressure with leverage.

2x the Pressure Using Leverage - The unique leverage system allows you to apply twice the pressure with minimal effort, providing deep tissue relief. Our unique patent allow for an easier way to roll out deep myofascial tension by reducing the strength required for sustained pressure.

Portable & Light - Use at Home or On the Go! Works great at your desk or chair. This design is small and adjustable allowing for working on your hamstrings, back or neck while seated in a chair. Recline on your favorite armchair at home to work the neck or between the shoulder blades. Use it on your thighs and glutes too! All while watching your favorite show or reading a book.

Adjustable Size - Works for all body types. Roll out the entire body: legs, arms, neck, back, calves, shins, forearms, thighs, IT band, hip flexors, psoas, quads, hamstrings, gluteals. Check out our tutorials for ideas on how to best approach these areas.
