Deep Saws 4" Deep Hole Saw for Tube Notching — 4-6 TPI Variable Pitch, M42 HSS, Off-Angle Notching Up to 60°, Steel, Aluminum & Stainless (2") — Open-Box, 5% Off

NOTCH WITHOUT A GRINDER — At 4" deep, this saw cuts off-angle tube notches up to 60° from perpendicular in a single pass. Standard depth hole saws can't do this. Stop finishing cuts with a grinder.

M42 HIGH SPEED STEEL TEETH THAT STAY SHARP — M42 cobalt HSS holds an edge significantly longer than standard M2 blades, especially on stainless steel and hardened tubing. Fewer blade changes, more cuts per saw.

4/6 VARIABLE PITCH TPI FOR CLEANER CUTS — Variable pitch reduces vibration and chatter, giving you a cleaner edge on both thin-wall tubing and thick plate. Works on steel, stainless, aluminum, wood, plastic, and composites.

FITS STANDARD NOTCHERS — Same thread pattern as any standard hole saw. Compatible with most tube notchers on the market. Check your notcher for clearance on the 4" depth before ordering.

BUILT FOR FABRICATORS, USEFUL ON EVERY JOB SITE — Whether you're building roll cages, exhaust systems, or doing construction work through thick material, Deep Saws handles the cuts that standard hole saws tap out on.

Our extended-length hole saws are perfect for fabricators who are tired of wasting time notching with standard depth hole saws. Finally, you can notch without a grinder! Stock up and be prepared for any notching job, even off-angle. Deep Saws are also great for contracting and construction work, able to cut through thick materials without the need for a spade bit or chisel These are our design, and they are imported. The max angle you can notch (from perpendicular, like a “T” notch) on each saw, at the end of the tube (like you would normally notch), without using a grinder like you always have: 1.50 – 68 degrees 1.625 – 66 degrees 1.75 – 64 degrees 2.00 – 60 degrees Fitment notes- These work with many notchers (they have the same threads as any other hole saw). Check your notcher to see if you have room to run these.
