This is the current version 10/31/2023 of the FD-258 Applicant Fingerprint Card. Crime Scene FD-258 cards are used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and other state and federal agencies. FD-258 cards are intended for all applicant-level processing, including employment screening, professional licensing, and immigration applications.
