The “P” setting allows you to adjust the smoke intensity. The pitboss control board offers eight cooking temperature settings, ranging from 200°F to 475°F, plus a dedicated Smoke Mode.

Installation is simple and requires no complex steps. Mount the control panel onto your smoker, select your desired cooking temperature, and you're ready to grill.

To ensure the LCD screen achieves its full brightness and visual performance, the transparent protective film affixed to the screen surface must be removed before the device is powered on.
