Bluetooth Pairing Steps
1. Activate Bluetooth setting, put earbuds (3rd generation) into charging case and turn on the lid.
2. Long press the sync button until the green flashing, clicks the connection option on the popup window.
3. Reopen the lid again and wait for 2s when the phone is connected with the earbuds.
Tips：
1. Don't plug in charger and switch the lid repeatedly during pairing process.
2. If the phone pops up 'Not Your 3rd Generation', please activate the charging case in pairing mode and click 'Via iCloud Connecting'.
3. Both two headphones must be placed in the case to begin pairing and charging.
Troubleshooting Guide in Pairing
1. Please check if the charging case and earbuds have enough power.
2. Please check if the Bluetooth has been enabled.
3. Please reset the phone or unlock the phone again after the screen locked.
4. Please let the earbuds stand still for 15h to run out of electricity, then pair it after it is fully charged.
There’s only a triangle mark or audio device displayed on phone
Please check if the iOS system has been updated to 12.2 or the latest.
