This water-based cleaner removes stubborn smoke and soot stains without scrubbing or harsh chemicals. Simply apply a thick coat, let it dry for 24-48 hours, and peel off to reveal a clean surface. Coverage is 10-20 sq. ft. per half-gallon container. It works on brick, stone, marble, slate, tile, concrete, mortar, and limestone. Always test on textured or man-made surfaces before full application. Important Note: For best results, apply a thick, even coat (1/8" - 3/16" thick) across the entire surface, ensuring full coverage near the edges. Maintaining this thickness will help the product peel off smoothly. When removing, ensure the product is completely dry. Starting at an edge, peel the film off slowly at an angle with both hands, taking care not to tear it. If it doesn't peel off in a continuous sheet, re-coat with a thicker layer, allow it to dry, and re-peel. Application Tips: Use painter's tape to define the application area.
