Compatible WitDirect Replacement for Kawasaki Youth ATVs: KFX90 (90cc) 2009-2020 and KFX50 (50cc) 2007-2019. Important fitment notes: ① 2007-2008 KFX90 may use an earlier 15003 series carburetor (verify against your old unit's stamp); ② KFX50 uses 15004-Y006 as the factory number per Kawasaki's official parts diagram; ③ Some production years share the same 15004-Y008 casting across both 50cc and 90cc models. Always confirm your old carburetor's stamped number before orderingh: 2007-2017 Kawasaki KFX90 2019-2020 Kawasaki KFX90
Replaces Part Number: 15004-Y008 15004-Y003 15004-Y005 15004-Y006
Complete Carburetor Assembly built to match the original Kawasaki 15004-Y008 specifications. Primary replacement numbers: 15004-Y008, 15004-Y006. Also cross-referenced as compatible with: 15004-Y003, 15004-Y005 (these appear on some aftermarket and regional variants but are not Kawasaki factory numbers for this application). Specs: 19mm engine-side bore, 35mm air-filter mount diameter, 48mm center-to-center mounting hole spacing. Direct bolt-on fit — no modification required
Common Symptoms This Fixes: hard starting or no-start, rough idle, engine hesitation under throttle, black smoke from rich running, fuel leaking from the overflow, or noticeable power loss. If your KFX50/KFX90 has been sitting unused for months, old fuel varnish in the jets is the usual culprit — this complete carburetor assembly eliminates the guesswork of cleaning a gummed-up original. For seasonal riders, keep a spare in your garage

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.
Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $7 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for MOPASEN products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
