Its thicker caliper enhances wet-out capability, ensuring reliable adhesion even on surfaces with slight textures or irregularities.

Surface Preparation:
For optimal bonding, ensure that bonding surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and dried before application.

Application Guidelines:
Apply the tape at room temperature or up to 100°F for best results. Firmly press down for about a minute to establish a secure bond. Moderate heat ranging from 100°F to 130°F can aid in developing intimate contact with the bonding surface.

Environmental Conditions:
This tape withstands short-term exposure to temperatures up to 400°F and intermittent longer periods up to 300°F. It shows minimal impact on adhesive performance in high humidity, remaining consistent even after a week at 90°F and 90% relative humidity.
