This E6013 general purpose mild steel welding，fitting most household portable welding machines. Built for all-position arc welding tasks, it works well for poorly fitted joints and features shallow penetration that prevents burn-through issues when working on thin metal sheets for fabrication and repair. It creates little spatter during welding, and the flux slag can be removed easily once cooled. A self-cleaning effect occurs while running vertical down fillet welds to reduce post-weld cleaning work. Compatible with all common mild steel, this welding rod works for thin metal panels, sheet metal crafting, ventilation duct construction, metal fences, storage racks and various non-load-bearing metal repair projects. Each welding rod measures 3/32 inch in diameter and 14 inches long with a total package weight of 6 pounds.
