Description

【COMPLETE BALLOON GARLAND TOOL KIT】Includes 20 large clear opening clips, 100 balloon ring sealing clips, 5 rolls of adhesive dots with 100 dots per roll, and 5 rolls of 5 m double-hole balloon decorating strips. A practical accessory set for balloon arches, garlands, party backdrops, photo areas, and entrance decorations. Please note: balloons are NOT included.

【20 LARGE CLEAR BALLOON ARCH CLIPS】Designed for quick and effortless decorating, these large spring clips securely hold balloon tails, decorating strips, lightweight fabrics, ribbons, banners, and backdrop edges. Simply squeeze and clip them into place to create stable balloon garlands and backdrop arrangements while saving setup time.

【STRONG, CLEAR & REUSABLE CLAMPS】Made from durable transparent plastic with a reliable spring mechanism, the balloon arch clips provide a firm grip and resist deformation during repeated use. Their clear design blends discreetly into balloons and party décor, helping your finished display look clean and polished. For heavier decorations, use multiple clips together for additional support.

【100 BALLOON SEALING CLIPS—NO KNOTTING NEEDED】The balloon ring clips help seal the openings of standard latex balloons without repeated hand tying, reducing finger strain during large decorating projects. Each clip holds one balloon and features a small side hole for attaching balloon string, making balloons easier to hang, connect, and arrange.

【5 ROLLS OF DECORATING STRIPS & 5 ROLLS OF ADHESIVE DOTS】Includes 5 separate rolls of double-hole balloon decorating strips, with each roll measuring 5 m (16.4 ft), for a combined total length of 25 m (82 ft). Also includes 5 separate rolls of clear balloon adhesive dots, with 100 dots per roll, for a total of 500 dots. Use the decorating strips to arrange balloons into rows, clusters, curves, and layered garlands, while the adhesive dots help attach smaller balloons or lightweight accents and fill visible gaps for a fuller, more polished display.

【VERSATILE FOR PARTIES, EVENTS & CREATIVE PROJECTS】Use the complete balloon garland tool kit to create balloon arches, layered garlands, party entrances, dessert table decorations, photo booth backdrops, and wall displays. The large clear opening clips can also secure lightweight fabrics, ribbons, banners, backdrop edges, decorating strips, and craft materials. Suitable for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, classroom events, corporate celebrations, holiday parties, family gatherings, photography setups, and DIY craft projects.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $4 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Bosizhang products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
