Have you tried wrapping your brewing vessel in a towel to regulate the light and the heat? Why is it important to regulate the temperature of your kombucha? A warmer brewing temperature will result in a stronger-tasting kombucha. When adjusting culturing temperatures, be sure to check the kombucha frequently with a thermometer. The BoochSleeve provides a temperature gauge slit where you can visibly see and check the thermometer. No more wrapping your brewing vessel in a towel. No more using an old sweater to keep your brew at an ideal temperature. During the colder months, your kitchen might drop to an average of 60°F, making it take much longer to brew -- BoochSleeve makes it easier for you to brew year-round!
