Kit includes the 70131 B Latch Template and the 70134 B Deadbolt Strike Template, providing all necessary tools for both latch and strike installations.

Includes two red plastic center locators for accurate alignment with pre-bored holes, ensuring precise positioning.

The 10" carriers are made from durable bamboo, providing eco-friendly construction and excellent stability during use.

Features two adjustable red stops on the back of the template that can be adjusted up to 1/2", accommodating door jamb thicknesses of 1-3/8” to 1-3/4”.

Fine steel nails at both ends of the carrier make it easy to securely attach the template to the door or jamb.

Secure the template to the door jamb, remove the locator, and route the mortise using a 5/8” router template guide and a 1/2” mortising bit for smooth, accurate cuts.
