 When the refrigeration thermocouple encounters the following situations, it needs to be replaced:
1、 Performance failure detected through measuring tools
Abnormal resistance: When measured with a multimeter, the resistance exceeds 200 Ω (normally should be close to 0 Ω) or displays "OPEN";
Signal unresponsive: When the temperature changes, the multimeter cannot detect millivolt level voltage (normal K-type thermocouple is about 1mV at 25 ° C and about 4mV at 100 ° C);
Output does not match actual temperature: The instrument displays a temperature deviation of more than ± 5 ° C from the actual value (such as a refrigerator setting 4 ° C but displaying 10 ° C or -2 ° C).
2、 Abnormal symptoms occur during device operation
