The diagnostic chart provides following wiring condition: Power ON/Correct Wiring, NO Power/Open Hot, Open Ground, Reverse polarity, Open Neutral, Hot/Ground Reverse, Hot/Neutral Reversed with Neutral Open. If a wiring faulty pattern is indicated, please contact the park staff to fix the issue. If the LED pattern indicates the “correct wiring”, it is safe to plug in your RV
