Bolt-on installation with no permanent modification to your machine: 6061 billet aluminum column clamp wraps the existing round column and locks with supplied hardware. Fully reversible installation preserves your equipment integrity.
6061 aluminum frame with PPG OSHA Safety Orange powder coat built for production: 30mm T-slot extrusion resists corrosion from cutting oils, coolant mist, and daily wear. Will not warp or degrade under continuous shop vibration.
Lexan shield adjusts to any height and flips fully open for bit changes: 1/4 inch Lexan polycarbonate moves in, out, up, and down on slotted extrusion. Designed to clear the gear rack on most floor model drill presses. Round columns only.

The DPG-ES2 is the large-column version of the ATS Econ Series drill press guard. It is designed for industrial floor model drill presses with round columns from 4.0 to 6.5 inches in diameter. It carries the same bolt-on column clamp design, adjustable aluminum extrusion frame, and 1/4 inch polycarbonate shield as the DPG-ES1, scaled for larger machines that the smaller clamp cannot accommodate.
