REPLACEMENT CANOPY ONLY — MEASURE BEFORE ORDERING: Designed as a pergola replacement canopy for an existing frame. Listed dimensions are the finished canopy size, not the outside pergola dimensions. Pergola frame and weighted rods are not included with this canopy-only option.

UPGRADED 200 GSM WATERPROOF POLYESTER: Made with upgraded 200 GSM PU-coated polyester for a more substantial and durable replacement canopy. The waterproof fabric helps provide rain and sun protection for patios and outdoor living spaces while creating a comfortable covered area.

EASY-ADJUST PERGOLA SHADE COVER: The sides are intentionally free of attachment points, so you can reposition the cover as the sun moves or your shade needs change. Stainless steel corner grommets are used on newer production for secure corner attachment.

FLEXIBLE WEIGHTED ROD OPTIONS: Built-in rod pockets work with compatible weighted rods you already own, source yourself, or purchase separately from Alion Home. Selected pergola cover options are also available bundled with weighted rods.

WATER MANAGEMENT + CUSTOM SIZES: Waterproof material does not let rain pass through. If water collects, gently lift from underneath with a smooth, non-sharp object to help it run off; if needed, add small drainage holes only at the actual low spots after installation. Custom sizes are available.

Alion Home Waterproof Pergola Replacement Canopies are designed for customers who already have a pergola frame and need a replacement fabric cover for shade and rain protection. The canopy is made from durable PU-coated polyester. Unlike breathable HDPE shade cloth, waterproof polyester does not allow rainwater to pass directly through the fabric. Because pergola frames, tension and installation methods vary, water may naturally collect in different low areas after installation. For best use, inspect the canopy after installation and during rain. If standing water develops, gently lift the fabric from underneath with a smooth, non-sharp object to help redirect the water. If a particular low spot repeatedly collects water, the customer may choose to add a small drainage hole at that location. Built-in rod pockets allow compatible weighted rods, PVC pipe or similar smooth rods to help position the canopy. Newer production uses stainless steel grommets for secure attachment, while some remaining inventory may include the previous fabric-tie configuration.
