PID PRECISION & PELLET SAVER: The control board is equipped with professional-grade PID mode, enabling 1°F incremental adjustments for unmatched thermal accuracy in Pit Boss pellet grills. Advanced PID algorithms optimize auger and fan operation to reduce pellet usage while sustaining consistent cooking temperatures.

SMART APP WIFI CONTROL: Wifi-enabled PID trapezoid smart control board with real-time monitoring & adjustment via mobile app. Control your Pit Boss grill from the patio, couch, or anywhere nearby!

ENHANCED COOKING & SMOKE CONTROL: Covers full 145°F-500°F cooking range with Smoke Mode and 10 adjustable levels (P0-P9) for authentic flavor. Monitor two foods simultaneously with dual meat probes (90°F-250°F range) featuring temperature-triggered notifications. Includes programmable timer with completion alert for precise cooking control.

FAULT DETECTION & SAFETY ALERT: Continuous monitoring detects electrical anomalies like circuit faults or power fluctuations, activating immediate alerts for user awareness. When detecting component abnormalities (short circuits/voltage fluctuations), the system will initiate protective shutdown. While temporary manual restart is possible, immediate inspection of the flagged components is strongly advised to prevent cumulative damage.

Normal Operation Reminder: You'll hear regular 'puff' sounds as your grill maintains temperature - this is the PID system precisely adjusting the auger and fan.
