Extend your ADT Blu system coverage with the Motion Sensor. This pet-friendly motion detector ignores animals under 85 pounds to minimize false alarms while reliably detecting human movement with a 33-foot (10 meter) range and 90-degree field of view. One sensor covers large rooms, open floor plans, hallways, and stairway landings. Mount at 6 feet above the floor using screws or double-sided adhesive tape with no corner mount bracket required for clean, flexible placement. The sensor features built-in tamper alerts that notify you through the ADT+ app if the device has been moved or disturbed, an LED pairing indicator for quick setup with your ADT Blu Base hub, and convenience mode that sends app notifications without triggering audible alarms. Battery-powered operation means no wiring and installation is quick. Use the motion sensor to fill coverage gaps in rooms where door/window sensors alone are not enough, such as living rooms with multiple windows, finished basements, or hallways connecting different areas of your home. Backed by over 150 years of experience and more than 6 million customers, ADT Blu works with all kits and accessories for integrated whole-home protection with optional 24/7 professional monitoring.
