Acrylic Platter Upgrade for U-Turn Turntables

• In response to customer requests, I have increased the thickness of the platter by 3mm to 19mm. The official U-Turn platter is 16mm, but if you don't want to use a mat, this results in a poor VTA alignment. Because some of the benefit of an acrylic platter comes from putting the record directly on the platter, I have increased the height so you won't have a VTA issue when you place the record directly on the platter.

The density helps to decrease wow and flutter and the density combined with the low stiffness helps provide a clean sound with less static.
