NON-TOXIC & SAFE: This party set includes total 60 pcs gold, black and confetti-filled balloons. Made of natural latex, they are safe and non-toxic. Upon opening the packaging, a normal latex odor may be present. It is recommended to open the packaging in advance before use. POWDER PROTECTIVE AGENT: Latex balloons may have a layer of white powder on their surface. This white powder is not dust but cornstarch; its purpose is to prevent the balloons from sticking together during production, packaging, and transportation, or after brief exposure to high sunsine. Without this white powder, the balloons would stick together. When you open the package, they might have fused into a single “balloon pancake” that cannot be inflated. The Inflated balloons are completely unaffected by this powder. INFLATION METHOD: This set of 60 birthday balloons can be inflated with either air or helium. Latex balloons inflated with air can maintain their inflated state for up to 72 hours, while those inflated with helium can last for 3-6 hours. APPLICATION SCENARIOS: This black-and-gold "Happy 75th Birthday" balloon set is suitable for parties, photography, weddings, birthday celebrations, baby showers, holiday decorations, family gatherings, school events, mall decorations, office decorations, storefront adornments and bar settings. It is a must-have for homes or offices, allowing you to create a festive atmosphere anytime. PRECAUTIONS: Please inflate the balloons using a balloon pump. Slight color variation may occur after inflation, but the color effect will be better. Do not overinflate the balloons. Avoid direct sunlight, high-temperature environments, sharp objects, and excessive friction. Strong winds or excessive tapping may cause the balloons to burst.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $1 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Tenkiriy products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
