【Installation】Tool preparation: 10mm, 13mm, 17mm, and 22mm wrenches, T25 screwdriver, carp pliers, and other tools are required. Component inspection: Confirm that the motor model matches the transfer case, and check whether key components such as seals and gear sets are intact.
【Installation steps】Dismantle the old motor; Remove the fixing screws at the bottom of the transfer case (10mm wrench); Remove the output shaft screw (13mm wrench); Loosen the connecting bolt (17mm wrench) between the transfer case and the transmission system; Install a new motor; Align the motor with the transfer case output shaft and ensure that the gear set is aligned; Secure the motor to the transfer case and tighten the bolts to the specified torque (usually 10-15 N · m).
【Subsequent debugging】Check the sealing condition of the joint surface between the motor and the transfer case Add an appropriate amount to the oil level mark on the transfer case; Precautions: During the installation process, it is necessary to keep the work area clean to prevent dust from entering the interior of the transfer case. ⚠️Recommend professionals to install.
